Vessel database and vessel classification time bar system

an asset database system is needed with search tools and a system to schedule the date of inspection of each asset . this schedule should be made in a time bar line so the user can schedule the future dates of inspection of each asset so it looks like a GANTT chart. and alert system by email should be also there. The scheduled activity should have the ability to allow the user to add teh budgeted cost of each activity. The super admin will decide the authorities of the user vessel data base page and the user of the Asset inspection schedule database page
