We need an html video player. We need all the features which a standart media player has (for example: pause, start, change quality, substitles, volume off- on ect.). We want to be able to put advertising through our mediaplayer when its playing a video (such as video and banners). We want to put our advertising by our admin panel. Media player should be able to play videos in different video quality. Mediia player will choose and play the video according to users internet quality ( speed ) users should be able to skip forward/backbard the videos vie media player's bar.( skip to 0:20 minute of the video ) We want to be able to put advertising codes(html codes,html codes maybe a text, a video, or an image) which comes from adserver in any time of the video ( for example we want to put our advertising for 01:00 minute of the video and keep it there for 10 seconds). We also want to put advertising before video. Please inform me through pm ( budget, time schedule, previous works.) If you have experience to develope a media player you will be at first line.
