I am looking to develop an online test calculator for the U.S. Navy JROTC fitness challenge. I am really interested in something very similar to a U.S. Army one found at [login to view URL], but with different artwork, table data and field titles. When finished, I would like to upload the html output to our weebly website. Data input fields include: Age, Sex, sit-ups, push-ups, and 1-mile run Results field would indicate 1 of 5 categories: Fail, Satisfactory, Good, Excellent, and Outstanding I have attached the scoring spreadsheet and grading criteria for males and females . I would like do this job for you. Do you mean a) All site the registration of the user, logon, profile, history of results (saving them to the database)? Plus export the results to a CSV file (or to make table). b) only one time calculator without sign in?
