easy Powershell Skript

I need a remote powershell script, which i will start from a central admin server and change values on remote-servers: 1.) I have a list of all remoteservers in a .txt file 2.) the scripts needs to search in a mainfolder for files ending with "*.opt" 3.) if a file with *.opt is found, the script needs to read the file and search for a value which contains either 1.1.1.1, 2.2.2.2 or 3.3.3.3 4.) if the value is 1.1.1.1 it needs to change it to [login to view URL], if the value is 2.2.2.2 it needs to change it to [login to view URL] if the value is 3.3.3.3 it needs to change the value to [login to view URL] 5.) if no value of 3) is found, it needs to printout and error and skip the server in the .txt file and jump to the next one 5.) it needs to create an output file which contains following details: all changes made or errors found
