Project Coordinator for Creative Installations

Fast-growing charity in the social enterprise space is looking for an organized project coordinator to manage 7 creative installations that will be on display at its annual gala. The installation concepts have been developed, and this individual must coordinate on the execution of these concepts with the individuals creating the installations for the materials and resources they need, with the events team which is putting together the rest of the event that this will fit into (including the production team which will be providing A/V equipment that is central to some installations), and with the Fellows who provide content and are the inspiration for the installations. The individual will also need to coordinate any approvals and budgetary considerations. We anticipate about 6-8 hours per week until the middle of October. You will need to be on-site for the event, in midtown Manhattan, on the afternoon and evening of Thursday, October 13th.
