I want to create Sinhala OCR. Essential parts are feature vector, training algorithm, text extraction and store in list or array. This is the requirement in brief. One or more Images are input to the system. Each image contain one letter or SINHALA language. Ultimate objective is to extract the text from those images and store in list or array. In that process , feature vector, and ANN or SVM (for training) should be developed. Language should be Python. At the end source code, proper explanations (Not a report) such as about variables, algorithms should be provided and should support to IDE "Pycharm" to do further modifications. Comments should be included in the code accordingly. PLEASE CHECK THE ATTACHMENT CAREFULLY. Max budget is be 150 USD.
