Genetic Programing Project for Cancer detection

I am looking for a freelancer who can work on a Genetic Programming Project for Cancer detection. The ideal candidate should have experience and skills in the following: Programming Language: Python Data Type: Text Data (Numbers) Output: Prediction Model Project Description: Based on provided preprocessed and labeled urine spectra dataset (3 classes available 1 healthy label and two for different type of cancer) i need to develop a program that uses genetic programing to conclude an equation that classify whether a sample belong to a healthy person or a cancer patient and if so which type of cancer. Taking under consideration the following: 1- the program should write the best solution (equation) 2- the number of features should be 235 3- the program to read an available dataset. 4- The classification metrics should be able to handle multi-class classification Most probably we need to set some kind of threshold for the equation result to be able to determine this sample fall under which class. However, we don’t have/know such threshold. Some key points to consider: - The project involves developing a genetic programming algorithm to detect cancer based on text data. - The freelancer should have a strong understanding of genetic programming and its application in the medical field. - They should be proficient in Python programming language and have experience in handling and analyzing text data. - The main deliverable for this project is a prediction model that can accurately detect cancer based on the provided text data. - The freelancer should be able to develop and train the prediction model using appropriate machine learning techniques. - They should also have experience in evaluating and optimizing the performance of machine learning models. - Additionally, the freelancer should have good communication skills and be able to provide regular updates on the progress of the project. - Knowledge of medical terminology and cancer detection methods would be a plus.
