help getting two docker instances working together and installed correctly

so i have a raspberry pi Im looking to get [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to install and work together with a couple CSV files imported. I think i have the first one installed and running with one of the csv files imported however i dont understand how to get the second one installed and to make them work together. Docker is not my strong suit Looking to pay around $50
