Transfer longitude and latitude data to US county-level data

PLEASE READ!!! I have the ability to convert lat/lon to Counties (or Parishes, if in Louisiana). I recently wrote a program which collected all geodata for a given set of lat/lon coordinates, and I can apply this logic to get cyclone data by county. Hello, I have worked with GIS tools for many years and I have experience with US administrative borders data (I have used them for a few previous projects). If you need to identify the county for each reading there are simpler and faster tools than Google Maps APIs (not to mention that geocoding 300 K points would take a lot of time or a lot of money with Google Maps). For this project I would write a Python script that uses public border data to identify the county for each reading and generate the resulting file. Best wishes, iticus

Hi , I have worked on google maps API's before and I guess i can do this quite well for you. There are few challenges involved - 1 being that the google maps API have limit on the API calls . There is a daily limit too. Also i need to see some sample data and sample output which you need to finish this task better

However, there is a limit on the number of requests that can be made to Google Maps API so I will need to see the data to be able to suggest the timeframe in which this can be delivered. I have just finished my first freelance project with excellent rating. I have a hands on python and built a whole workflow in python. Recently I worked with openpyxl. I would like to know if any remote powerful system availability can be made as processing this big data which you said may require heavy processing (I have worked with 3 -5 lakh rows csv and I am aware of time taken even on a good RAM loaded system)
