i tried to install flask and opencv 2 in visual studio code and it didn't work. i wish to pay someone to help me install it

i already installed python, opencv , and flask. I am trying to make stream webcam via http using flask and visual studio code but i get some errors. i try to run the source from this video [login to view URL] . let me know how much you want for this. write "car" as you first word so i know you read this. if you know flask write "i worked with flask". what is needed is for you to run that source code, then show me how you installed all the things in order to run it so i can run it on my computer, and help me fix things in order to run it.
