I and my partner are building a wonderful multi-family house. The construction is due to be finished in Jun 2021. The objective of this project is to SELL the apartments. So all 3D photos need to be ultra-realistic, showing the exterior and interior of the house and how it may look fully furnished for the clients. I already have a series of 3D renders of the building and the interior, but they are not the quality I want since they are far from commercial presentation to potential clients. The house is composed of the following: Underground parking 2 garages and 5 storage areas. Ground floor: 2 bedroom apartment + living + 2 bathroom +garden 1 bedroom apartment + bathroom +garden (studio) 3 parking sports First floor: 1 bedroom apartment + living + bathroom +balcony 1 bedroom apartment + living + bathroom +balcony Attic: 1 bedroom apartment + bathroom + (studio) The apartments will have a fully functional kitchen and bathrooms. I have the plans approved by the city council and the construction already started. I need a serious partner that can provide me with these images, also the work will be advertised in local newspapers. I need a very serious freelancer to work on this, there is no tight deadline due to current Covid situations but I expect at least a weekly update.
