We produce organic food in the Veneto region in Italy. Our products are made sustainably and responsibly, following the rules of the Organic certification body BIOS. The fields where we grow our wheat belonged to our family for many generations, that is why we care about the way we treat our land and employees. We are a small company, focusing only on organic farming and organic fertilization. Using our organic manure we fertilize the fields, creating exceptional products. We use stone grinding, the technique that was used years before us, to create Semolina and two types of Flour, from which later we create our Wholemeal Pasta, Biscuits, and Grissini. Using cylinder grinding, a newer technology, we create Re-milled Semolina and Type “0” Flour, from which we create our Classic Organic Pasta. All the pasta is bronze drawn and we use long drying at low temperatures to make exceptional quality products. With durum wheat, we create snacks: Galette and Ricci Del Delta, which received an innovation reward from the Veneto region for the technology of extruding grains. Last year we started producing organic sunflower oil. The lands are in a unique location, being surrounded by the Adriatic Sea and Po River. We are a modern team with high values and principles.
