Salesforce Apex & Stripe Gateway expert required

At leads stage on Salesforce, we have created four customer verification steps, and upon the fourth step, if the customer agrees the terms, we process the lead and create payments on the Stripe as Subscription and One time charge. We also convert the same to Account and Contact. At the custom object side, we have created a Stripe Settings as specific custom object, which contains the API logins details of the various stripe account we are using. We use the country code as identifier to connect to specific API. One of the Stripe setting has States level tax, if the state level is activated, then it must pass the tax value as the state tax, rather than the tax value shown on the Stripe setting. Here are facing error, since once the code is activated. It does not pass the value as state, it is still passing value as standard tax rate. We are looking to debug the challenge. Overall the job has few hours of training on the business process and few hours to fix the error. You have have experience in the Salesforce and Stripe API.
