A food manufacturing client of mine has had a customer complaint about them using an ingredient which the customer considers unnatural and unhealthy, which is incorrect. I need a freelancer to quickly research this ingredient and send through findings. In particular, find the Joint FOA/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives material on this ingredient. This work requires someone with a background in food science and technology and should not take longer than 1 hour.
