Build AJAX Video Chat System for Social Network

Build new video chat system for active social networking site. The video component has already been developed in Flash with Javascript APIs. We are soliciting bids for the AJAX chat system that will plug into the video and the backend through already created APIs. Please provide evidence of past experience building video chat systems.
