Optimize and manage a YouTube Channel

We have a YouTube channel that needs some love and a regular presence to keep it in top shape. 1. One time: I think the first priority is to review each of our 70 videos on the channel and add the links to each of them, optimize their title, tags, and descriptions. 2. One time: The second step is to use the little known but effective “related video” feature to cross promote other videos and give the audience a longer stream of content to consume. 3. Ongoing task: Compile a list of titles based on searching related terms to videos our customers are looking for. These will become the titles for new videos we need to create on a weekly basis. 4. Ongoing task: Assuming we can provide 2-4 new videos a week, we need you to own the task of uploading, tagging, description writing (300+ words), linking, and adding related video. 5. Report on stats every week: subscriber growth, view count growth, most popular videos.
