Get Facebook Fans/Likes

Dear Freelancers, I need about 750 FANS/LIKE for my FaceBook community page. * 98% of the fans MUST be from Estonia (also have estonian nationality, speak estonian language and have estonian name). * Every fan must have at least 25 friends (50% of them MUST be estonians) * You must guarantee that I do not lose more than 10% of the fans at least for a year after I have paid you. * All the fans must look real. Although I do not care if these people exist or not. + I would appreciate if I got control of 10% of the accounts/fans to use them to post on the page etc. Looking for only serious and dedicated people to get this done.
