Need Twitter users to use my Twitter web app -- 2

I have a brand new 3rd party Twitter app that needs a user base. Without a user base, it's essentially useless. It's based on a concept of users agreeing to follow each other at the same time but without any other users, there is nothing to do. So I need a bunch of Twitter accounts signed up for my app that will use it. I can do the operation part of it if you just sign up a bunch of Twitter accounts to the app. It's also mutually beneficial as the accounts that sign up will gain followers as I use them on the site (also note that they will follow the same number of users). But if you have bots or real accounts that you want followers on, sign them up at my app and they will gain followers (and following). I am looking for at least 200 to 300 accounts to sign up but am open to more, up to 2,500 or so.
