I have a spreadsheet of values ex first name, last name, phone number, etc.. I need to create an automation script to import these into a web form, I have done this before using vb6 but haven't programmed in a while. the CSV will supply all the values for the web form attached is the web form its a very simple project.. I have probably 4 or 5 more just like this. I use windows 8 but can use windows xp or windows 7 if needed.

I am new to freelancer.com and am bidding low to win in order to build a reputation. I have done projects such as this in the past. For example, to automate the submission of voting for "best of ***" type competitions using a spreadsheet of email addresses. I would create a macro-enabled Excel workbook that launches Internet Explorer to the site with the web form and populates the controls in the form with the values. Presumably, the form would be submitted for each client, which can also be automated.
