Successful bidder needs to create an Excel workbook whereas Stock ticker symbols can be entered. This workbook will track 52 week high and 52 week low stocks. There shall be some identifying method to show when a particular stock makes the list consistently as stocks on either list is what I'm looking to identify. If it can be setup to download these lists via Google finance or other means and eliminate the daily manual entry that would be a bonus feature for me but not mandatory.

We can create a excel sheet where by a click of button you can view 52 week low and high stocks , or can view how much % stock are up or down from their 52 week low and high respectively . I can definitely have it automatically update from Google finance as well. Are you looking for stocks on 52 week highs/lows from a specific index or stock market (e.g. S&P500 or NYSE)?
