Compile 2 html files to an Hxs file

I need someone to write a simple software to compile 2 html files to Hxs file (Microsoft Help 2.0). There are plenty of help builder out there but we need just a simple one. You can find similar code in Sancastle project. Budget: $50. Dont bid if you dont know anything about MS Help 2.0 Hxs which is mainly used as Help system for Visual Studio 2008 and 2005. Dont bid if cant do this task for $50 or less.
