Back end control panel

This posting is to acquire css code to be used for formatting for a back end control panel. The control panel provides technical details to our customers regarding services which we provide. We want this control panel to have a similar look and feel to our website [login to view URL] (no "m" at the end) however it should not match exactly. It should be similar but have a more technical feel. The css code should have full formatting for html entities such as: - page backgrounds - fonts - links - headings - tables - forms - text boxes - text areas - buttons - checkboxes - drop downs - bullet lists - hover windows (to show simple help text/content) - hover menus (as seen on our home page by hovering over About Us) - hover pages (to display separate small content pages) - any other common entities that the coder can recommend. The various hover functions noted above should match styling. Jquery can be used but all necessary libraries must be included in the delivered code. The control panel will use frames to display various content. Different background options will be needed for various frames. Some different background options should be delivered. Along with the css there should be a sample html page demonstrating each item included in the css.
