I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I am looking for a MATLAB programmer. I want an algorithm/code so when I input my variable which is a matrix that has thousands of elements as it's from a pgm image file. The algorithm should be able to find specific value in the matrix that I specify. Then should be able to find a specific value adjacent to the value specified before, and allow me to change it to whatever I want and put it back into the original matrix. Must make sure that it doesn't change the actual values.
