Secure MP3 (or other format) software

Hello, I'd like a software to secure/lock music (mp3 or any other format) when the files been transfered/installed from a usb stick to a pc or laptop. The point is, someone who gets these files from me, cannot be able to do anything else except to play the music just for himself from the specific machine (pc/laptop) where the files been installed for a first time. The mp3's (or other formats) must not be able to be copied to CD or transfered to any external unit HD/usb stick etc., plus a default expiration date of play music (364 days). In a few words, the installed mp3's must have just one user and be readable and played always from the same machine (pc/laptop). Is there anybody in here who can create such a software? Thank you.
