A Flexibility to add new Layers and related sub-layers needed. (Groups and sub Groups) , Able to Add or remove or modify the layers and sub layers. All data needed to be done from backend SQL's. Need to have the Simple user Creation and choices they can enabled from the available Layers and its related sub layers( Groups and sub groups).Should able to do knowledge transfer how to do full website operations.
