Hi, I have troubleshooted similar issue to a client on freelancer . The issue which you have is, you are coming in as a VPN client from the same interface ( outside interface of ASA ) and going out to access other site to site tunnel from the same interface( outside interface of ASA .. You need to use same-security-traffic intra-interface command to resolve this issue. I am a Cisco engineer and worked in the domain of routing , switching and firewall. I work as a network engineer full time (See my LinkedIn for more details). Please answer the following; When a client connects to the Any Connect VPN (Mobile Access), they receive an office mode IP which allows them to now essentially be inside your LAN behind the firewall which allows access to resources based on access rules. Upon obtaining this office mode IP, the client would require access rules on the firewall from the Office Mode IP subnet to all resources including to the connected site 2 (Over site-site VPN) and also to external IPs i.e Src: Office Mode IP Network, Dst: Site 2 (Note: Access rules would be required on site 2 firewall also) and Src: Office Mode IP Network, Dst: external IP or negate internal networks for a generic outbound internet rule. Please confirm if this has been setup? I am not familiar with Any Connect but I am familiar with other technologies with similar concepts (CheckPoint Mobile Access). I hope this helps.
