I am looking to hire a freelance Programmer Analyst to help me write detailed and professional quotes for my local clients. This is basically a temp-to-hire technical writing job with no implementation (since we already have Web Developers to handle that), with the opportunity to upgrade to a full time salaried position on our staff depending on how well you do.
