Small adoption agency needs person to write policy manual for submission to licensing. We really prefer someone that understands adoption or foster care or at least programs for children and families. There are specifications and we have a developed policy manual for another state that we currently use, and that we can provide as a guide. So this manual needs to be tweekded for this particular set of regulations.
