We are looking for a team of 3-6 talented individuals to handle outbound calls for a digital campaign in German and Polish. This project requires individuals with excellent communication skills and fluency in both languages. As part of the team, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in telemarketing or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Attention to detail, persistence, and a positive attitude are key traits we are looking for. If you are a motivated self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines, we want to hear from you! Skills required: - Fluent in German and Polish - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions - Experience in telemarketing or sales - Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills - Self-motivated and target-driven This is a medium-sized project that will last for 1 to 3 months and good bonus possibilities.
