Tools for website

I'm looking for a freelancer to create tools for a website and to extract emails from outlook express and thunderbird. The website tools I want are: Tile calculator - calculating how many boxes of tiles are needed for a area of flooring and what will the cost be, with different sized tiles Room size calculator- telling clients how big a room area is calculating length x width Adesive and grout calculator- how many bags of grout and adesive is neeed for a area of floor.
