I need to recreate PODIUM for my own whitelabel project. It's a conversations platform where a company can interact with their customers through a software platform via SMS text message. I want it as closely designed to PODIUM without infringing on any of their copyright/trademark as possible. USE CASE SCENARIO: 1. COMPANY "A" IS ASSIGNED A PHONE NUMBER WITH THIER LOCAL AREA CODE 2. COMPANY "A" THEN USES THIS PHONE NUMBER TO MARKET THEIR SERVICES ACROSS THE WEB AND OTHER PLACES 3. CUSTOMERS THEN SEND A TEXT MESSAGE TO THIS COMPANY 4. CUSTOMER'S TEXT MESSAGE COMES TO A PLATFORM DASHBOARD WHERE EMPLOYEES HAVE A USERNAME TO LOGIN AND ENGAGE WITH THE CONVERSATION. 5. EACH CUSTOMER TEXT IS SEPARATED INTO A SEPARATE "CONVERSATION" ON THE EMPLOYEE DASHBOARD. 6. EMPLOYEE 1 CAN RESPOND TO CUSTOMER "A" TEXT MESSAGE ONE MOMENT, BUT EMPLOYEE "2" CAN THEN TAKE OVER THE CONVERSATION WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER KNOWING ANY DIFFERENT 7. EACH RESPONSE FROM THE EMPLOYEE WILL INCLUDE THEIR AVATAR SO EACH EMPLOYEE KNOWS WHO IS COMMUNICATING WITH THE CUSTOMER WHEN THEY RESPOND EACH TIME. 8. CUSTOMER ONLY SEES ONE TEXT THREAD ON THEIR CELL PHONE, BUT ANY EMPLOYEE WITH ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE CAN HELP/RESPOND TO TEXT MESSAGES 9. EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE ABLE TO ADD INTERNAL NOTES WITHIN THE CONVERSATION ITSELF SO EMPLOYEE "1" CAN DISCUSS PRIVATE DETAILS TO EMPLOYEE "2", WITHOUT CUSTOMER EVER KNOWING 10. EMPLOYEES NEED TO ALSO HAVE ABILITY TO DOWNLOAD AN AP THAT INTERACTS WITH THE CONVERSATION SO IF THEY ARE AWAY FROM THEIR COMPUTER DESKTOP, THEY CAN CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION 11. 2 WEEK DEADLINE TO HAVE PROTOTYPE FUNCTIONAL. This is an ongoing development project in which I am looking for someone to work with on a large scale commercial status.
