So the project described by you has a bit of inner working. It's relatively simple to do. I would start with creating a detailed model of the "Pull Up bar" with the right shader and materials. Also what you are referring to is called a "Blow Up Model". Maybe you can update the title so you can get higher quality bids. Then what we will have to do is import in unity and Provide animation so it blows up and user can interact with each part and get details about it. Also I would suggest you to go for it to be built as a WebGl component because I am hoping that the user will come across your site and want to look it up. If we have an option to download the file atleast 20% of users might not even click it and even 15% of people who actually download it but will save it for later and never open it. So if we have WebGl we can have it in your site and user just can interact with it without having to download it.
