Hello, We are looking for someone to setup a live streaming server that will allow us to stream audio and video using RTSP and/or RTMP. We need to be able to add/remove streams ourselves and most importantly we need something that is very reliable. We want to broadcast the streams live onto the internet and to a laptop perhaps with VLC. We are happy to use Windows or Linux. If you believe you can do this for us please let me know. Hello, I can setup a red5 server for you. You need a linux server with at least 2 gb of ram. I will install java and all needed software. Commercial alternative - much nicer but you need a license - is Wowza server. if you have enough budget I recommend buying it. The third alternative - also good - is rtmp module for nginx. I will need more details what the project is for to advise you about the best solution.
