Video project in Singapore

I need a 'welcome' video for a website. Basically a video of someone speaking into the camera and introducing the company and its services. Length 5-10 minutes. Freelancer needs to be based in Singapore and professional quality required (lighting, sound, cut etc). There will be a lot of follow up work if this goes well. We will then produce a series of videos for the website. Budget for first video is 200 Usd.
