Input Data & Images into a Document -- 2

I am creating a daily astrology planner for 2017. I need these things done on each page of the planner (references attached).. 1. The date on the top of each page of the planner (e.g. Sunday, January 1, 2016). Using the same format on each page. 2. Astrology data transferred from spreadsheet into each day of the planner (spreadsheet provided). * Spreadsheet must be imported using semicolon separator. Columns B through H are pasted into the document. The cell length will need to be adjusted to match the current space between the columns in the planner. *It is very important the format looks exactly the same as what has already been created in the planner. 3. Moon Cycle image for each day added to the top of each page of the planner (images and lunar calendar provided). 4. Use the format already created on the document. *Format must match exactly what has already been created. Attention to detail is very important in this project. *Please split up the work into two separate documents (6 months each) since the file size can be rather large. The first 3 months of the year (Jan - Mar) have already been completed. So I only need the remaining 9 months of the year. Example files are attached so you can see what has been completed so far, along with an example of the resources provided for the project. All remaining files will be given to you upon acceptance.
