I dont have call center experience but i have receptionist experience for 13 long years for sure thats more than enough Relevant Skills and Experience As what i’ve said Receptionist experience is much better than the call center experience not included the fact that my previous work requirea accuracy with regards to finances.

I started working in Sykes Asia as Technical support representative, the account was Kodak (US Support) for 6 months (project-based). Then I applied at Teleperformance as a Customer Service representative for Boost Account. I worked at Teleperformance for 2 years. I also applied at Convergys for AT&T account, I was one of the top agent for that account. Im also the Valedictorian in the class during the training. Right now, I am looking for a job that suits me.
