Virtual Assistant : Thailand

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our team. The virtual assistant will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events. We promote local food vendors and restaurants in Thailand. Your mission is to help us set up meetings with vendors so we can film at their location. We do this for free for interesting businesses in Thailand. Emails, phone calls and follow up comunications. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. They will also have a strong understanding of Thailand and must be located in Thailand and speak Thai fluently. Responsibilities: Develop and execute event plans, including timelines, and logistics Coordinate with vendors and restaurants, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment Negotiate contracts and secure necessary permits Communicate with vendors and address any issues or concerns Evaluate the success of events and suggest improvements for future events Requirements: 3+ years of experience in event planning and management Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines You are physically located in Thailand and speak fluent Thai We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
