You have provided some good information to think about in analyzing the project. A lot of the key to bidding on this is what exactly is the state of this database. You said there are bugs. What kind of bugs are showing up? The same applies to having two levels of user. It depends a lot how the database is set up. I can do all you are needing but it's a little hard to know how much time it will take without looking at the system as it is. I've worked with databases with 100s of reports, 100s of forms, forms with subforms. If the system currently has a user access built in then it might be really quick and easy, otherwise it could range all the way to an almost complete rebuild. I'm just starting in the free lance world. I have free time on my hands. I don't mind putting in a little extra to make this work. I would like to take on the most important aspects first and be able to revise other things at a future time.
