To be clear, and hoping I am totally misreading your specs, I am offering $30 PER VIDEO (reading and editing) x 600 (as stated in your post), which equals $18,000 USD, not $25 for this task, as stated in your post. The $25 figure makes no sense for 11 hours worth of work, and that 11 hour figure is incorrect, as 600 minutes = 10 hours of just reading, no editing.
