UK site - Directory Submission

. I am looking for some one to do (2000+) quality directory submission for UK coupons/discounts/vouchers website. My US site has great traffic, but not UK. Only free directories, NO paid directories. NO link exchange. 1. You MUST have a list of over 2000+ English language search engine friendly web directories 2. You MUST submit my site to directories MANUALLY [No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)] 3. You MUST submit using various anchor text. You should not submit using only one anchor text as it is considered as unnatural link building process by search engines. 4. You MUST submit to the most appropriate category in the web directory. 5. Please provide a quote with a summary of the number of directories and the Page Rank of each directory. These must be high quality, real directories - no link farms, MySpace, social networking, fake PR, or the like. 6. I would like you to create an Excel spreadsheet that lists all data you will be providing during the submission process (URL of the directories, Page rank of the directories, categories where submitted). 7. I will provide with URL and keywords 8. I will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, Web Rings, Free For All websites, classifieds, adult, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, travel, real estate, hacker, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links 9. Payment will be made when directory listings are live and online and we verify that the Page Rank stated in the initial quote is accurate. These must be real directory listings. Payment of 25% after 50 test submissions (to avoid scammers), 50% after 1000 submissions. Balance due upon completion. Payment will be made after receiving detail link report for verification. 10.
