Site Promotion (adult)

We are almost ready to launch our new adult product site and I need to get the word out and get visitors to sign up for our free course. We are looking for ideas on promotion and ways to get visitors. All promotion ideas are welcome apart from obviously no-no's such as apamming. You can bring traffic from other sources (blogs, directories, forums) as long as they generate sales. We would be willing to pay by visitor - assuming quality is good or by sign-up (again assuming traffic is good) or on hourly rate. You should have some experience with working in adult site promotion
