RPA developer for scraping and notification

Hi I would like a price for a specific project of mine. In theory, the project is pretty simple: I would like a bot that scans/scrapes [login to view URL], like Anders Jensen shows in this tutorial, every minute or two: [login to view URL] Basically it's this that I want: Scan all soccer games on [login to view URL] for odds with bookmakers Bet365 and Pinnacle; send notification to Telegram channel when one or more of the following things occur: 1) If Bet365 has a better odds than Pinnacle on the 1X2-market of 5% or more, send notification to Telegram (If the Odds on Southampton on Pinnacle is 2,00, the odds with Bet365 must be 2,10 or higher (2,00*1,05 = 2,10). 2) Same with the asian handicap market and over/under-market. Please see the attached three screenshots. On the screenshot south_brentfort_overunder you can see that Pinnacle has a price of 1,82 on the under 2,5 goals; Bet365 has an odds of 1,92. The difference between those two is (1,92/1,82) * 100 = 105,5% and thus the bot should notify me of this, as the odds is greater than the threshold of 5%.
