This small online business helps restaurateurs pay their employees. A standalone Web Service needs to be written and installed on many customers Windows PCs. The Web Service needs to send data from those Windows PCs to a cloud server. This needs to happen whenever a restaurant manager approves his employees pay and tips. "Restaurant Manager" is the PC application that this small online business resells as part of their payroll service. The DB inside the application is easily accessed using Windows ODBC the older database connection for Windows. The Web Service will need to access this internal DB to determine when to upload to the cloud and to gather the data that it must successfully upload. Successful installation, testing and readable source are required to be paid.
