Convert our PSD to XHTML/CSS Just 1 page

Hi We are building a new website and for now I am just looking for someone to create our entry page for us, which we have placed "coming soon" on. The rest of the site build will be starting within a couple of days, so we will have more work to be done on this project. We have the psd ready for the entry page.
