Convert present website into joomla website

Hello, We presently have website phonitel dot com , which is our corporate website. It is static and with three languages content. We would like to take same logo and close identity (can be the same) in order to build a CMS so we can add content regularly on the website only using administration interface. We need someone to take this website content (logo + content ) and transform it into a CMS (prefer joomla or wordpress or something that also allows to put a online boutique afterwards).
