Create a new design for our website

I have a small website that is already designed but I want you to come up with a different theme and layout for the website and all that goes in it. Your job is to create the look and feel of our website from the graphics aspect. I will provide your graphics to the developer and they will implement your design. Ultimately, your new design should look better and completely different from the current design. If you bid on this project, please send me links to some other designs that you have designed.
