Improve an existing website design

We would like a website design that is similar to the website [login to view URL] We need the design in PSD layered Photoshop format. We can provide our logo to you if you are awarded the project. If you are a website or graphic designer that is capable of improving upon an existing design, and you can create beautiful websites then please bid on this project. This website is being built for charity so we really need your help! There are approximately 10 pages that need to be designed and will gladly pay $10 for each extra page over 10 pages.
