oscommerce store - upgrade- etc

I have an oscommerce site mostly completed, but needs modification/ upheval for our purpose of wholesale/retail products site. This is a 3rd attempt to have this site made by freelancers - so do not bid at all unless you can carry out this very simple project quickly and completely. I want to restyle the site to provide an experience similar to elements found on the sites [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] This project also requires 1. our product pictures cut, enhanced and uploaded together with data provided (approx 100). 2. Additional content for product ( size chart etc) (I will provide example of content required with other site links. 3. The site will be using Paypal & TT payments , so the site will also require security added. I have already paid for the whole site 2 times without finalisation. So my budget is now minimal.
