Tab layout to HTML template

I require a very quick addition to a one page html template. All i need is a selection of tabs adding to the middle of the template. If you look at the below link you will a similar tab layout, If you scroll to the bottom and see the "About Us" "Payment" "Shipping" etc. tabs, when you click on them the content changes.
