Web 2.0 Designer for template/logos (Daily Pay)

I've been a longtime user of GAF and 5 years + with paypal.com. This is a serious project. Please no generic bids. I spend alot of time documentation projects to make it easier on bidders. Please spend the same time posting a real bid addressing issues or confirming you actually have read the project. I work overseas time but located in the USA. Also, I'm available on cell phone, Yahoo, AOL, and Skype. Project details: I need a designer who can make Web 2.0 LOOK and FEEL designs. I have a team of 3 programmers who handle php/css/ajax etc but need a STRONG designer on my team. The winner must have some previous work creating a WEB 2.0 design. Please be familiar with CSS/XHTML/HTML/Photoshop/etc and product web 2.0 logos.
